- Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
- Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/documents that can be used by SW Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
- Working closely with the development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements.
- Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
- Understanding well all integration points of the system such as CRM, Call Center, Distribution Management System (DMS), Inventory system, Document Management system, etc.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experiences in BA role IT System Development
- Web service-based integration understanding
- Good integration experience in various platforms like Web and mobile applications
- Understanding of DB like MSSQL, PL/SQL oracle query
- Ability to learn and work in new technologies.
- Working under pressure and self-motivated
- Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users
